Slow Computer
First, you need to know that videos or websites that take a while to load are not necessarily slow because of your computer; they can also be affected by network interferences. If your computer is slow in opening programs, things stall or hang while in use, or the boot up process takes more than a couple of minutes, then you might have a slowness problem on your hands.
When the hard drive that holds your operating system (usually designated as C: ) is full, the operating system can’t write files quickly, as it needs to search and allocate space for it. The searching process takes time, which will result in a slowdown of your system’s performance. Delete any unneeded files such as movies, photos, music, or move them to another hard drive. Use a program like Visipics to remove any duplicate images. Uninstall any programs you don’t use anymore
Alternatively, having too many processes running in the background will also slow down your computer, as they require both computing power, as well as the faster, short-term memory – RAM. To clear it, click on the start button, in the search field, type: msconfig and then go to the “Startup” tab. Now, you don’t want to unmark anything that is a Microsoft process. What you should look for are names likeGoogle Update, AdobeAAMUpdater, Steam Client Bootstrapper, Pando Media Booster, andSpotify. These can be unchecked, and you should be able to feel the difference after a startup.

My wireless network is unstable
An unstable wireless network is a very common problem. It can be caused by everything from radio waves that interfere with the signal to the router's location in the home or outdated network drivers.
Tips: If you suspect that it may be your cordless phone, the electric garage door opener or your radio that interferes with the wireless connection, it may be an idea to change the radio wifi settings or to move your router. The latter can also be a solution if you have trouble going online around the house or in the garden. You can also buy a wireless repeater to extend the signal. Also make sure that your network driver is always up to date. See also:Boost your router's Wi-Fi coverage

The Blue Screen of Death
Thankfully, Windows' dreaded "Blue Screen of Death" is getting to be a rare event, but it still occurs. When it does, it isn't very helpful in helping you hunt down the problem.
The problem can often be traced to bad memory modules. Memory is cheap and buying extra RAM capacity is usually worth it for the performance boost. You can find out what kind of memory your computer takes with this scanner.
It's not difficult to remove and install memory modules. Or You can call on 1-888-995-8019 toll free for the solution.
Just remember to ground yourself when you open your computer. You don't want to fry sensitive electronics with static electricity.
Speed up a sluggish PC
Computers slow down over time -- that's normal.
If your PC is fairly new and it's slow, remove the pre-installed programs, or bloatware, that came with it. PC Decrapifier will remove trial programs and other junk in a snap.
To give an older PC a speed boost, break out the CCleaner. This tool looks through Windows, Web browsers and other third-party programs for unwanted clutter and gets rid of it. CCleaner can also scan and fix errors in Windows' registry. Just make sure you allow it to backup the registry before making changes.
Grab Duplicate Cleaner to remove duplicate files that might be clogging up the system. But, limit your file hunt to the Documents area of your computer. You don't want to accidentally delete important system files.
In your cleaning process, you might find programs you no longer need. Windows' built-in uninstaller has a tendency to leave fragments scattered around your hard drive. You can remove those fragments efficiently with Revo Uninstaller.

Virus Removal
A virus removal is the process of manually or automatically deleting or disinfecting a computer virus, malware or other malicious program on a computing device. The process is applied to protect a computer from possible data corruption, loss or system inaccessibility.
A virus removal follows the virus scan phase, which identifies the virus and threat level. The virus also may be manually deleted, but this requires a strong understanding of viruses and the right skills to remove or reverse registry entries. If a virus cannot be deleted, the user receives a failure message.

Router Support For all
ROUTER SUPPORT
A router is a networking device that forwards data packets between computer networks. Routers perform the "traffic directing" functions on the Internet. A data packet is typically forwarded from one router to another through the networks that constitute the internetwork until it reaches its destination node.
A router is connected to two or more data lines from different networks (as opposed to a network switch, which connects data lines from one single network). When a data packet comes in on one of the lines, the router reads the address information in the packet to determine its ultimate destination. Then, using information in its routing table or routing policy, it directs the packet to the next network on its journey. This creates an overlay internetwork.
The most familiar type of routers are home and small office routers that simply pass data, such as web pages, email, IM, and videos between the home computers and the Internet. An example of a router would be the owner's cable or DSL router, which connects to the Internet through an ISP. More sophisticated routers, such as enterprise routers, connect large business or ISP networks up to the powerful core routers that forward data at high speed along the optical fiber lines of the Internet backbone. Though routers are typically dedicated hardware devices, use of software-based routers has grown increasingly common.
Are you having a problem with your Internet connection or Wi-Fi? Whatever the problem — from a flaky connection to Wi-Fi troubles or even no access to the Internet at all. All these problems can be taken care of by just calling AEmidio.

I can't connect to the Internet through a broadband Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) or cable connection.?
·
Make sure that:
·
Your modem is turned on.
·
The Ethernet cable is plugged correctly into the Ethernet port
on the modem and on your computer. Each end of an Ethernet cable looks like
this:
Ethernet cable
·
The phone line is plugged correctly into the modem and the phone

·
You are not using a DSL filter between the phone jack and the
modem.
·
Check the lights on your modem. These can sometimes indicate the
location of the problem—whether it is the Ethernet connection, the power to the
modem, or the DSL or cable connection.
·
Winsock corruption can cause connectivity problems. To fix this,
open Network Diagnostics:
·
Open Network Diagnostics by right-clicking the
network icon in the notification area, and then clicking Diagnose and
repair.
·
Ask your Internet service provider (ISP) to verify that:
·
Its servers are functioning correctly.

Check Out what is firewall and why it is important
Have you ever been told to make sure your firewall is turned on in your computer settings or to check your modem to see if the firewall is configured properly? Have you ever wondered, "What is a firewall?" This post is going to give you a basic overview to answer that question and move you toward a better understanding of what a firewall is??
Firewalls are unseen warriors that prevent your network and computer from being attacked by unwanted viruses and overloads of information. Imagine a guard at the gate of a castle. The guard knows who to let in and out through the gate. The strong, stone walls of the castle keep help the guard thwart off intruders meaning to do harm to those inside. This is what a firewall does at a minimum for your network and computer. Firewalls can be found in your modem, router, computer settings, as well as in your anti-virus program. While having an active firewall is strongly recommended, having too many can cause conflict with programs as well as with other active firewalls within the network. Let’s break this topic apart and figure out exactly what a firewall is, what it does, and why it is important. We will also look at what can happen if you don’t have one.
What exactly is a firewall?
Google
notes that a firewall is a wall or partition designed to inhibit or prevent the
spread of fire. Well, that is not what we are looking for. Ah, it also notes
that it is a part of a computer system or network that is designed to block
unauthorized access while permitting outward communication of a program, or
even a piece of hardware. Along with your antivirus program, it can help to keep
out hackers, viruses and worms that try to reach your computer. At a minimum,
you should have a firewall enabled in your computer. Whether it is the default
one on the computer or one that is activated by the installation of your
antivirus, make sure that you have one active at all times to help prevent any
infections or attacks on your system. While no firewall or antivirus program is
100%, working together, they are the best defense against viruses that can harm
your computer.
What does a
firewall do?
Firewalls
are filters. They look at all information coming through your internet
connection that is attempting to reach your home network and computer. If an
incoming piece of information is flagged by the filters, it is not allowed to
come through. Having a basic understanding of how webservers work can enable
you to understand what can happen if one packet of information infiltrates your
firewall and can infect multiple computers on the same network. Firewalls, like
computers constantly update themselves. If you prevent your firewall software
or firmware (within the hardware) from updating, it can cleave a hole in the
firewall which, when found, can be exploited by incoming infections and
attacks. This can take down an entire network and leave you having to replace
multiple devices or paying to have your machines cleaned up.
Why are
firewalls important?
Firewalls
are like security guards of your home network. They provide around the clock
protection. Rules can be established to prevent certain types of data from
coming into the network or computer as well. This is sort of like parental
controls. Prohibiting specific types of data from entering your network is
beneficial in that as it can reduce conflicts that arise from specific programs
accessing computers on your network.
What happens
if you don’t have an active firewall?
Should
you not have an active firewall, your computer will be attacked within minutes.
You have open ports and anything can come through the disabled firewall. It’s
like leaving your door open to your home and putting money on the table for
everyone to come in and grab. Once viruses, malware, worms, and Trojans see
that vulnerability in your network, your computer screen will fill with pop
ups, spyware and malware will start running and take up computer resources. It
could render your computer unusable within an hour or so.
This
is why having an active and updated firewall is so important. Unsure about your
firewall or don’t have any idea if it is enabled? Contact AEmidio Services for
assistance for ensuring that your firewall is active, updated, and working like
the security guard it is.
