COMPUTER REBOOT

If your system is frozen, resist the urge to pull the plug. Pressing and holding the power button for five to seven seconds should shut down the equipment.
In case you are using a desktop, make sure you restart the computer tower or CPU, not just the monitor.
If restarting the system or device doesn’t work, try shutting down and unplugging the tower from the wall before plugging it back in and restarting.
If you have a laptop or other portable electronic device, remove the battery (if possible) to ensure that your system has fully re-booted.
In many cases, the reason why you could be experiencing power related problems with your gadget is because of the cables.
You will be surprised how easy it is for cables to get pulled loose. Check all cables in and out of the device, at both sides of the connection. This can save you pointless hours and anguish.

Still if you are not able to fix it.. You may feel free to call us at our TOLL FREE number 1-888-995-8019

Speed up a sluggish PC

Computers slow down over time -- that's normal.
If your PC is fairly new and it's slow, remove the pre-installed programs, or bloatware, that came with it. PC Decrapifier will remove trial programs and other junk in a snap.

To give an older PC a speed boost, break out the CCleaner. This tool looks through Windows, Web browsers and other third-party programs for unwanted clutter and gets rid of it. CCleaner can also scan and fix errors in Windows' registry. Just make sure you allow it to backup the registry before making changes.
Grab Duplicate Cleaner to remove duplicate files that might be clogging up the system. But, limit your file hunt to the Documents area of your computer. You don't want to accidentally delete important system files.
In your cleaning process, you might find programs you no longer need. Windows' built-in uninstaller has a tendency to leave fragments scattered around your hard drive. You can remove those fragments efficiently with Revo Uninstaller.
If still you are not able to do.. Then feel free to Call On Our TOLL FREE Number 1-888-995-8019

I can't connect to the Internet through a broadband Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) or cable connection.?

·         Make sure that:

·         Your modem is turned on.
·         The Ethernet cable is plugged correctly into the Ethernet port on the modem and on your computer. Each end of an Ethernet cable looks like this:
Ethernet cable
·         The phone line is plugged correctly into the modem and the phone jack.
·         You are not using a DSL filter between the phone jack and the modem.
          ·         Check the lights on your modem. These can sometimes indicate the location of the problem—whether it is the Ethernet connection, the power to the modem, or the DSL or cable connection.

         ·         Winsock corruption can cause connectivity problems. To fix this, open Network Diagnostics:
·         Open Network Diagnostics by right-clicking the network icon in the notification area, and then clicking Diagnose and repair.
          ·         Ask your Internet service provider (ISP) to verify that:
 ·         Its servers are functioning correctly.
 ·         You have an ISP user account and access to the ISP service.
